Students Honored with ASABE Awards
The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) recently presented awards to three young members for notable achievements as students. The three were honored at the 2018 ASABE Annual International Meeting, held recently in Detroit.

Jordan Cash, May 2018 graduate of Oklahoma State University, was awarded  Roger R. and Laura M. Yoerger Preprofessional Engineer of the Year Award in recognition of her commitment to leadership, engineering, and academics. Full Biography
Kelsey McDonough, PhD candidate at Kansas State University, was the recipient of the Pharos of Alexandria Global Learning Award for her foundational expertise and passion for international research and development in bioenergy, bioindustry, and bioprocessing. Full Biography
Ian Hahus, PhD candidate at the University of Florida, was presented the Robert E. Stewart Engineering-Humanities Award for her extracurricular activities focused on human health and its relation to the environment, agricultural, and food issues.  Full Biography
