Some meetings fill your calendar. This one fills something else.
Every year, our annual international meeting—AIM—brings our community back together, not just to present research and hear the latest technical developments, but to strengthen the relationships that make this field feel like a professional home. Old collaborations get renewed over coffee. New ones start in a poster session or a hallway aside. Students find mentors, mentors find inspiration, and everyone leaves a little more connected than they were when they arrived.
That's what #ASABE26 was all about.
From the introduction of Ask ABE to our Awards and Fellows recognitions, from a keynote panel featuring Indiana State FFA officers to a spirited Foundation Dinner, from student design and research competitions to no shortage of catching up with old friends and making new ones—Indianapolis gave us plenty of reasons to feel like part of something bigger.

This year's general session featured a panel of Indiana State FFA officers, who provided a high-energy, forward-looking conversation that explored how the rising generation connects, communicates, and thinks about challenges related to food, agriculture, and natural resource systems.

Foundation Fun!
A live auction conducted by ASABE Trustee Anthony Doss, a Rube Goldberg competition that put creative chops to the test—we had a blast at this year's Foundation event and raised more than $26,000 for the Foundation’s Student Competition Endowment Fund, which will support current and future student competitions. |

New this year to AIM, Center Stage offered a prime location in the exhibit hall for key events like student competitions, special presentations, and panel discussions—such as the one pictured above, which examined opportunities to engage students and professionals in the agricultural technology systems community.
