ASABE Continuing Education Webinar: Active Learning - Successes in Core and Project-Based Courses

Active Learning is the holy grail of learning and its successful implementation for a particular group is anything but straightforward. This workshop, lead by Ashim Datta, Cornell University, will share carefully developed active learning resources targeted toward biological or agricultural engineering curricula. Anyone with a teaching commitment, core course instructors in particular, will find this workshop worthwhile.

Ashim Datta is a professor in the Department of Biological and Environmental Engineering at Cornell University. He teaches students fundamental engineering concepts and problem-solving abilities, using transport processes as a vehicle. He also conducts research in physics of food processes, in particular, physics-based models of food process, quality and safety. Datta is a Fellow of ASABE.

Those in attendance will receive 1 PDH, certificate to be distributed by email after completion of session.

Members receive a registration discount for this continuing education webinar. After registration, you'll receive a link to the live Zoom session
