What would you like to share during the Annual International Meeting in Anaheim this summer? Two-minute time limit per member, moderated by Section officers around the room.

POSTER COMPETITION INSTRUCTIONS
Student poster presentations will be part of the meeting again this year. This has been a great opportunity for industry personnel to see student projects. Cash prizes will be awarded to presenters. The competition will begin promptly at 5 pm. Winners must be present to receive their award. If your poster requires an easel, or backing for stability, please provide it.
Items to prepare:
- An upright 36” x 48” or flat 34” x 44” poster
- Poster backing and easel, if needed.
- Be prepared to speak with attendees about the poster
The top posters in the Undergraduate and Graduate Student categories will be awarded as follows. Winners must be present to receive their award.
- 1st place $300
- 2nd place $150
- 3rd place $75

EOY NOMINATIONS & APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
We know the amount of effort that you put into your engineering profession to make the world a better place. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that the application period is now open for the CA/NV Section- Engineer of the Year (EOY) Award. This award is instituted to reward your efforts and loyalty to our profession. These awards represent our appreciation and will serve as an ongoing reminder of your achievements.
Please submit your applications for the CA/NV Section: Engineer of the Year (EOY) Award no later than Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 to asabecanv@gmail.com. Winner Recognition will be at the award ceremony at the annual CA/NV Meeting in February.
