2019 AETC registration rates

The conference app is now available for all registered attendees.  If you haven't received your email, here is the informaton.  

Be sure to watch this site for all the details on the sessions, tour, Continuing Professional Development options and speakers.  The schedule for the 2019 AETC includes Michael Gunderson as Keynote Speaker for the Monday Luncheon.   Here is the tentative agenda.  

STUDENTS!  Here's a great opportunity to get involved.  The Student Poster Session will be on Monday at 11AM.  All undergraduate and graduate students are invited to submit their poster for presenting at the conference.  Posters will be in traditional format this year, please print them no larger than 44"x44".  Click here for guidelines and the submission form.  Return this form to Jessica Bell no later than January 31, 2019 for acceptance.  Sponsored attendance is available.  Please complete this application and follow the instructions.  This is on a first come basis.  

Tour the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory-Ticket price for the tour includes a 13-minute film in the theater, all museum exhibit areas, a 30-minute guided tour through the factory, and a 16-inch souvenir bat at the end of the tour.  We'll walk over together from the Omni, about a 15 minute walk.  A gathering location will be announced.  If you are interested in purchasing a custom made bat, order forms will be available.  Bat production for this takes about 30 minutes.  You can also fill out your order form in advance here.  Please print this and bring it with you to give to a factory employee upon arrival.

All technical sessions at this conference qualify for Professional Development Hours.  Be sure to pick up your tracking sheet at the ASABE registration desk.  CPDs will also be available on Monday morning.  Be sure to register in advance, they are $50.00 each.  This year the two CPD options are An Introduction to ISOBUS for Engineers and DFM&A.  More information will be posted in the agenda as available.
