Check out the AETC agenda here! More details will be added as they are received. All technical sessions, CPDs, standards meetings, Keynote Luncheon, and the Distinguished Lecture will take place at the Omni Hotel.
Need to earn PDH credits? All CPDs, technical sessions, and lectures qualify! A form will be provided at the registration desk or print one here to track what you attend.
Registration Information
Registration is available online until January 3 at the Early Bird rate and February 7 for Advance rates. After February 7 online registration closes. Beginning February 13 at 2pm, on-site registration will be available at the AETC registration desk in the Omni Hotel.

Students
Here is your opportunity to attend AETC and present your research! Through the generous support of our sponsors and exhibitors, we are able to offer a limited number of FREE student registrations! These registrations are availble until January 15 or until they are all spoken for. Review the qualifications on this form and return it to Jessica before the deadline.
While you are attending the conference, present your work during the Student Poster Session & Competition. This is open to all undergraduate and graduate students with monetary prizes awared to the finalists. More details can be found on the submission form. Return the submission form with your poster abstract to bell@asabe.org by January 31.
Hotel and Local Travel Information
Reservations can be made at the Omni Louisville Hotel by either calling 1-800-THE-OMNI or by visiting the reservations link. Guests should identify themselves as attending this conference to receive our group block rate. Guest rooms will be available until January 20 at the discounted rate or until sold out. Rooms will fill fast, don't wait!

Reservations made under the AETC group block without conference registration are subject to being moved out of the AETC group block without notice.
